1. SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES
All orders will be processed within 1 - 120 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that processing times may take longer than usual due to high volumes & high demand.


2. SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME
All shipping methods are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.


3. COSTS
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over a certain value. This value can be adjusted or deleted by us at any time. This value can be seen at checkout if this value exists.


4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to every country. The countries will be adjusted based on demand. You can find out whether we ship to your country in the checkout.


5. ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email with the order confirmation. Depending on the shipping method and provider, you will then be sent a shipping tracking link via email.


6. DAMAGED & LOST ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, with an optional refund or replacement.
